2024 Year in Review
In a milestone year marking a decade of the Acumen Fellows Program in India, we accompanied 35 fellows, convened 160+ social innovators, and piloted 16 purpose-driven sectoral groups. The Foundry grew to 341 members, and our alumni received global recognition, funding, and pro bono support.
2023 Year in Review
This year saw us deepen leadership development through immersive fellowship journeys and amplify the power of collective action through regional huddles, community-designed initiatives, and catalytic support for grassroots changemakers.
2022 Year in Review
In a year of reconnection, we resumed in-person fellowships and held our first national gathering in Delhi. We welcomed 49 new Foundry members, awarded catalytic grants to 8 entrepreneurs, and expanded leadership programs through hybrid formats, while #OneBigLearning highlighted stories of resilience and adaptive leadership.
2021 Year in Review
2021 was a challenging year, and we were unable to produce an annual report. Instead, we invite you to explore Unheard Stories of Moral Practices — a five-part series featuring reflections from the 2021 Acumen India Fellows on the skills, challenges, and values that shaped their journeys.
